Every week, WLGYL reaches a new milestone with site views, Alexa rankings, and other blog related things, and it’s because of all of you helpful bloggers and readers out there who link to me, retweet me, comment on my posts, and visit my site. So thank you.
I’ve been immersing myself in blogs this past month or so, and every week I find more and more great reading material and blogs that I love and can’t wait to share with everyone that doesn’t already know about them.
So here are some links that I loved this week:
Shilpan from Smart Street Finance writes about the Secret Key to Success: Don’t give up! Guys, this is an amazing article and is super inspirational for giver-uppers like me. It spoke to me and is by far one of my favorite posts ever, let alone just this week.
Cait from Blonde on a Budget got a $2700+ tax refund, over which I am completely jealous. I haven’t even gotten my T4 in the mail yet
Money Reasons discusses how money can improve your life and make you happier. I’ve always thought that money can’t buy you happiness, but what you spend it on does. If you have more of it, you have less stress and can do more!
My Money, My Life talks about the horrible way her boss treats her. I can relate, because I’ve dealt with a terrible co-worker before at my first internship.
See Debt Run loves the library but sucks at it. I do too – I tend to owe the library more in late fees than I would if I had just bought the book!
Andrea at So Over Debt talks about how getting out of debt is like using public bathrooms – yuck. I swear, this girl can relate anything to finance and it always makes perfectly good sense.
Squirrelers says that the key to living a long life is to become wealthy! Well, in that case, what was I waiting for?
Fabulously Broke discusses names. My coworkers and I were just talking about this last week. I deal with tons of employees on a day-to-day basis, and come across some ridiculous names. First names include: Bun and Baby. Terrible.
Prairie Eco Thrifter asks: Needs vs. Wants – Which is Which? The discussion in her comments is really interesting.
Money Beagle discusses what he learned from being hacked. I desperately need to change all of my passwords.
Untemplate talks about going against the grain.
Awesome blogs I discovered recently:

Daisy,
I’m both humbled and honored. This is a great nation and I owe it a great deal. In fact, I’ll never be able to repay America’s kindness to my little soul. I’m blessed to have a great life, wonderful kids and amazing friends like yourself. Thank you!
Awww… thanks Daisy for the shout out! I hope you and your readers have fun checking in every now and again over at SAFTM.
