This woman has a household of 9 (I hope there are 2 parents for those 7 children), and is spending less than I do. Wow! I’m impressed.

It’s a tough thing to do. I think leftovers can get just as lost in the freezer as they can in the fridge. I try to go through our freezer every weekend to see what’s usable.

I try really hard to minimize food waste and grocery bills, but whenever I have guests over – I end up cooking way too much. I try to eat leftovers as much as possible, but they still end up going bad in the fridge. I should start putting them into freezer like Laura.
